Units included:
UEGNSG040- Use a portable detector to locate a combustible gas escape
UEGNSG048- Conduct butt fusion of large diameter polyethylene gas pipeline systems.
UEGNSG055- Launch and recover PIGs in a gas distribution pipeline
UEGNSG205- Commission or decommission gas distribution pipelines
UEGNSG211- Construct and lay steel gas distribution pipelines
*Students will receive their own Welder ID number and a Stamp. Any replacement stamps participants must re-order themselves with a stamp company
Homework Checklist
In order to complete your training, participant will need to be observed for a minimum of 2 weeks by crew leader/supervisor. At the end of that period, participant will need to get their crew leader/supervisor to complete a homework checklist and it must then be submitted for final sign off.
